Servor, Inc. was founded in 1981 by five former law enforcement officers. The courts had just allowed private process servers to serve federal papers and the state court soon followed. Mr. J. Hartwell Perkinson purchased the company in 1985. In 2007, Mr. Perkinson's daughter, Sheri Perkinson took over the business and has continued to provide the same great service for our clients.

The legal community found that private process servers could cross jurisdictions and get papers served much quicker than the Sheriff's office. This allowed for not only faster service but a quicker answer as to what had been served.

The National Association of Professional Process Servers was formed to give private process servers the ability to serve nationwide and complete service in a professional manner wherever the papers needed to be served. Each agent in each state works as an agent for the company sending them papers to be served. There is a very strict code of ethics in this association and everyone adheres to them.

Servor, Inc. has a reputation for fast and professional service. The book on Servor, Inc. is, when nobody else can get it served, call Servor. The tougher the better.

We serve for one-person firms all the way to the 3rd largest firm in the nation. All papers are treated the same regardless of who it comes from. Our agents are very aware of the need for aggressiveness in our business; however, professionalism comes first. We all work as fast and efficient as we can to give you the best service for your firm and we won't embarrass you in the process.

Our goal is PERSONAL SERVICE first, a Good substitute second and we only post as a last resort or if time is of the essence. Posted papers are only done with your permission. If you want fast, efficient, professional service for your clients, then you want SERVOR, INC. to serve all your papers.
